Group Workouts

Group workouts are arranged by grades and gender to keep all workouts highly competitive.  Workouts will be conducted by Coach Hammer and will incorporate all aspects of the game of basketball.  Shooting, ball handling, rebounding, defending, toughness, communication and leadership will all be emphasized through drills and games.  ​

Each group workout is an hour long.  Workouts are limited to 12 players to place into pairs or groups of 3 to maximize attention to detail.  The training will put players in situations to make mistakes and learn from their mistakes with guidance and support from Coach Hammer.  Each player will be encouraged to work outside their comfort zone to reach their full potential.
